it should takes a couple minute for the tail to apear though you will be in a large amount of pain afterwards.

Well, after laying passed out in sickbay for a day, I can assuredly say all my symptoms are gone! Including the tail, but it was rebellious anyway.

Now that that's over with, let's get back to some constructive discussion (that probably won't happen)!

Yeah, Pistolero is Finnish. One of the few European countries to strongly resist Soviet occupation. They were taken anyway, but twas a good fight. Besides, we haven't even taken back America, what makes you think we can get to Finland? And if they weren't bombed, well....

And Chicago is held by the MBoS, who are arguably much more resilient than their Eastern counterparts...not to mention it's a hell of a long way from DC. Oh, and they quite possibly have an army of bots.
